Joseph P. Raczynski
CEO

Joseph Raczynski founded wapUcom, LLP in 1999 to provide digital solutions for small to medium size companies. His varying experience is centered on technology, e-Commerce, project management and capitalization.

Previously Joseph was employed at CoStar Group, Inc., one of the fastest growing technology companies in the metropolitan Washington DC area. In two and a half years at CoStar he served several successive roles finishing as a project manager for the New York – New England region. In this role he managed several teams of researchers, developers, and sales personnel for the publicly traded Internet company.

Before joining CoStar, he spent a year in Mexico teaching. He has his MS in e-Commerce and recently finished his MBA. He graduated from Providence College with a BA in Economics and a BA in Sociology. He has also established DC-WiFi an organization dedicated to open wireless access.
